Unlike other processing facilities, working at Stock Yards does not mean working in a slaughterhouse. It also doesn’t mean retail hours seven days a week. Most schedules are made up of regular, Monday–Friday shifts in our clean and safe processing areas, all of which have been certified by the Global Foodservice Initiative and are under USDA supervision.
