Unlike other processing facilities, working at Stock Yards Collective does not mean working in a slaughterhouse—or retail hours seven days a week. Most schedules consist of regular Monday–Friday shifts in clean, safe processing environments. All facilities are certified by the Global Foodservice Initiative and operate under USDA supervision.
